Stage Installation

1. Digging a hole and flattening the bottom with sand.

1.1. Basic rules for proper installation.

a / statistical rule: Before installation, we need to take into account the exterior or interior space where it will be placed, as well as the buildings or the road around it.

b / Underground water level: In the case of underground water, it is important to know its maximum level and to deviate it from where the pool will be installed.

in / water in the winter, never drain

1.2. Excavation – activities. The pool layout is based on a preliminary drawing, the more accurate we stick to the dimensions, the smaller the cost of material and work. The depth of the hole takes into account whether the client wants to enter the entire pool in the ground, or a small part to stay above the surface.

1.3. Leveling sand layer. The minimum thickness of the sand layer is 100 mm.

1.4 It is very important to maintain maximum leveling of the sand layer because each curvature will be visible when the pool is filled with water and will not be equal to the water surface.

2. Lead and cover.

2.1. A swimming pool enters the sandy surface, which is covered with 2 cm thick fiber. Outside the walls (if the customer desires) are clinging to a polystyrene or fibreboard with a thickness of 2-3 cm against the injury and better insulation.

2.2. About 30 cm of water is poured into the pool and then manually sanding about 40 cm from the outside, and it is never tamped. Further, by leveling the sand level with the water, continue to pour water up to 70 cm and at the same time fill the sand with that height to stop. The next day, continue filling the water and filling the sand in the same way as the day before 30-35 cm to fill level. The sand is poured with plenty of water to allow it to fall to its fullest and self-drain. If all installation instructions are not met, collapsing and collapsing around the pool may result in damage to the pool. For which we are not responsible.

3. Win the pool.
3.1. THE WATER WILL NOT BE PUMPED.
3.2. Fill empty plastic bottles (from mineral water) with sand to half so they can sink a little and make a small hole in the cap. Then, arrange them and tie each other to the pool wall around the tie (the more bottles, the better). Put 1-2 small bottles in the skimmer (overflow).

3.3. Close all the engine compartment (filter) valves that come in and out of the pump and the filter.

3.4. Unscrew the plugs and the glass lids of the filter and the pump drain the water out of the system (on the filter the small plug and not the big ones are next to each other)

3.5. Turn off the power

3.6. To keep the water clean and clear cover with nylon, canvas or cover. This can also help you save spring drain and clean the pool.

IMPORTANT: WATER IN WINTER MUST ALWAYS BE AT MAXIMUM LEVEL!

Our process Imagination and creativity
  • 1

    Preparation

    Field exploration

It is obligatory to view, sketch, outline and dig then. You choose the place where the pool will be placed according to our recommendations.

  • 2

    Organizing

    Create a strategy

Once the pavement location of your chosen pool is specified, we need to create an installation and transport plan. Pools Peters take full account of your time requirements when transport and installation will take place.

  • 3

    Digging

    Leveling

Leveling is the most important moment! All stages take place entirely with our supervision and guidance. From the inquiry, through the transport and installation of the pool, until its finalization Pools Peters is up to you!

  • 4

    Finalization

    Filling

Fill the water about 30 cm, then from the outside manually wrap with sand around 40 cm. Uphill the sand and water over 50 cm upwards and in no case ramble, but only the sand is poured with water to the level of full filling.

Stage Transport

Safely transporting our pools to any point in the country, according to the oversized loads regulations

Storage
Storage | Warehouses

At the company’s workshop, where pools are prepared and then produced (preparation, painting, lining and pool layer), there is a specially designed landing, which is an excellent warehouse area for the finished pools. After the paint has been applied and the layering of the structure, the finished product is stored here and prepares for transportation.

The transport of the pools is done only with our own specialized transport.

Technology

One of the main layers that have been introduced in the construction of pools over the last 20 years is the use of corrosion-resistant resin resins.

Only the Austrian resin resins used in the construction of Pools Peters combine the best technical qualities of epoxy polyesters.

High strength resins that provide improved strength properties and prevent water from penetrating into the structure, this process being most commonly known as osmosis.

The cast fiberglass ponds are built using Vinyl Ester Resin in the sole purpose of offering our customers the following incredible benefits:

Excellent resistance to chemical effects compared to other types of resins and systems, which avoids a longer life of pools subject to severe aggressive environments and less sensitivity to environmental conditions.

Better mechanical deformations, stresses, tensions and stretches of polyesters, making them unmistakable making them more elastic and more capable of absorbing the impact without damage. They significantly extend the life of the pools due to the much less likely cracking and scaling due to less compactness during curing.

Swimming pool construction

Excellent water resistance (temperature and humidity) from polyesters. They have smaller distances and openings in their molecular chain. This makes them much more resistant to water penetration (“osmosis”), which can lead to osmotic blisters.
Better abrasion resistance at a constant operating temperature of up to 100 ° C.
Price advantage. Vinyl ester resin is not such a big investment compared to other concrete building pools
As a result of the use of Vinelester Resins that are most resistant to corrosion and putting each layer in their pools, Pools Peters is able to give the best Structural Guarantee and structural guarantee for osmosis, making its pools the most the best on the market today.

In the way we build our pools are composed of several layers:

Gelcoat Color Layer;
Corrosion Resistant Barriqueck Vinyl Ester;
Six layers of structurally polyester resins with fiberglass;
Polyester resin finishing coat “Topcoat”
You put the finances in a quality that should last for a long time in outdoor weather conditions without any problem. The swimming pool is a great investment so in order to eliminate all risks, we Pools Peter does not save materials and resources by offering you a perfect product with guarantees
